PLEASE NOTE: Our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM every weekday. If the order is placed and a credit card authorization is released before 6:00 PM EST Monday through Friday, the order will be processed the same day. If the order is placed after 6:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday, it will be processed on the following business day.

  • How to deal with wrongly shipped or damaged goods?

Damaged/Incorrect/Quality issues Order
At Smallmerch.com we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, you may receive damaged items or incorrect products. Smallmerch is sorry, however, if this is the case, we will offer a free replacement order or refund for the affected items, guaranteeing 100% satisfaction to all customers.

Return Shipping Fee
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returned items first.
Method of Refund
Damaged/Incorrect Order: The refund is the price of the product, and the shipping fee.
If the refund is approved, we will process the refund for the product, minus the shipping costs and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment – within 7 business days. You will receive a refund notification by email.
