Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, we begin processing the order, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
  • To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@smallmerch.com within the 24-hour window.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Return Eligibility

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover return shipping costs.
  • Incorrect Item: If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will process a free return or exchange.
  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item for any other reason (such as a change of mind), you may return it at your own shipping expense. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. We will provide instructions on how and where to return the item.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account or payment provider first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping for Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping costs if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Return Shipping for Other Reasons: If the return is due to reasons other than damage, defect, or an incorrect item, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
