We’re confident that the design details, quality and safety of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed, your expectations.
Customer satisfaction is our first priority - we want you to love your as much as we do. We inspect each and every item before it ships from our warehouse, and we will not send items that aren't in perfect condition. But if you have any dissatisfaction or doubts about smallmerch or the products, we are happy for you to contact directly, and we will be happy to answer your questions.

Damaged/Incorrect Order
At we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, you may receive damaged items or incorrect products. Smallmerch is sorry, however, if this is the case, we will offer a free replacement order or refund for the affected items, guaranteeing 100% satisfaction to all customers.

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at

We only accept returns within 15 days after the customer receives the order.

Full name and order number, proof of purchase (such as your payment confirmation email).
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s used, damaged, or altered in any way.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your item is received at our warehouse and inspected, our team will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and inform you if the refund was approved.
Send us an email to to contact our after-sales customer service. All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. We do not accept items returned directly without our approval.
After obtaining the return approval, please send the package within 5 days.
Please do not send your return to the address on your package. Our customer service will provide the return address.

Order not received
If your item has not arrived, please contact one of our customer service representatives via our Contact Us page for a free replacement order or a full refund. (Please note, this policy does not cover errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on an order and/or missing package delivery.)

Return Shipping Fee
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returned items first.

Method of Refund
Damaged/Incorrect Order: The refund is the price of the product, and the shipping fee.

Other situations:The refund is the price of the product. Shipping costs is not refundable.

If the refund is approved, we will process the refund for the product, minus the shipping costs and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment – within 7 business days. You will receive a refund notification by email.

IMPORTANT NOTE: No returns or exchanges are accepted on customized products.
